Alagiri Govindasamy
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Alagiri Govindasamy is a seasoned industry professional with close to 3 decades of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. He secured sound experience in ERP package implementation, strategic consulting, SCM transformation and IT/Digital transformation projects for signature clients around the globe.
He is managing a boutique digital transformation consulting and implementation company for last few 7 years to address evolving industry requirements (https://pmcgs.net).
As a technocrat, he taken a bold step to launch few tech led startups to leverage emerging technologies to address persisting societal challenges like;
- Early screening of neurodevelopmental disorders by using AI powered mobile solution (https://neurosenselabs.com).
- Empowering faculties/trainers to create a variety of custom-built simulations by leveraging GEN AI platforms to impart high impact learnings to participants (https://simlight.ai).
- Ensuring the safety of real estate properties by utilizing niche AI models/non-conventional technologies
- Started an initiative to design a custom AI agent to automate after sales service activities to a higher degree
- He launched a niche LMS platform to upskill participants in various emerging technologies. Now, integrating this LMS system by a custom design AI agent to offer a customized guidance for each participant’s capabilities.
As a passion, he is delivering vising faculty assignments to leading Business schools and universities to both regular and executive MBA cohorts. He covers niche courses from Consulting, Digital transformation, SCM/Operations, ERP/IT and Strategic management. He secured his PG and Doctorate in business and management from leading UK universities.

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Strategic professional with nearly 20 years of rich and extensive experience in Business Analysis, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Operations. Extensive project management & governance experience; proficient in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing, implementing solutions, and partnering closely with stakeholders to achieve higher levels of efficiency & effectiveness. Provided leadership on driving Data Science practice; analyzed problems and uncovered opportunities using predictive analysis.
Built frameworks & ideas for effective mining & analysis of data from multiple sources to drive improvement and delivered data-driven solutions to resolve business challenges; steered Analytics Practice and deciding best-fit commercial model options for different sourcing scenarios. Managed and expanded academic area leadership and management of the design and development of curricula and make a significant contribution to the leadership, management and development of teaching and learning strategies academic standards and leading edge practice. Mentored more than 200 data science enthusiasts.
Capability in devising and implementing Statistical / Predictive Models and Machine Learning Algorithms utilizing diverse sources of data; proficient in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying data sources. Insightful experience in project management activities including project scoping, estimation, planning, finalization of technical / functional specifications, resource administration and quality management.
